Guests making a reservation BEFORE 15 January, with full pre-payment, receive a 12% discount
 

BOOKING:
Pay 20% of the amount of the stay as a deposit.

CANCELLATION:
In writing, more than 2 weeks before arrival = full refund.
Fewer weeks before arrival = it is kept 2 days of rental and the balance is refunded.

Studios are available at 4pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
